Bring on the Rain

The year is flying by and spring is fast approaching. We’ve had a good amount of rain over here and it’s getting me excited for all of the beautiful flowers that are sure to pop up.

I followed along with Lisa Bardot for this fun spot illustration tutorial. She gave us a cheat sheet for the individual drawings so the class mainly focused on layout and color arrangement. I always find her tips so helpful and learn quite a bit that I can take into my own work. If you’ve been interested in learning about digital art and Procreate yourself, Lisa Bardot’s Art Makers Club has been by far my favorite learning tool. There are a ton of resources and a great community you can be apart of. She also has a lot of free tutorials so check them out!
